Making cinnamon rolls from scratch for the first time can be frightening. Don't be concerned. For those who like something quick and simple, this dish is ideal. I don't want to wait for the dough to rise for hours because I'm impatient with dough in general. I hope to pass through

For the frosting made of lemon cream cheese:
Creme Anglaise: The secret ingredient that gives the glaze its velvety and creamy texture is cream cheese. When softened, it's simple to combine and adds a rich, tangy taste to the glaze.
Unsalted Butter: Cream cheese and softened butter combine to make a creamy, silky texture.
Powdered sugar: Sweetens the glaze and aids in its development into a mouthwatering thickness.
Half and Half: This is a milk and cream mixture that gives the glaze a slight smoothness. It aids in thinning it just enough to make drizzle simple.
Lemon Juice and Zest: Gives the glaze a bright flavor that contrasts wonderfully with the sweetness.
Vanilla Extract: Adds warmth and depth to the glaze, making it even more delicious.
⭕Instructions for Making Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls
Although this recipe calls for handmade dough, making strawberry cinnamon rolls is quite simple. Waiting for them to come out of the oven is the hardest part! You'll become obsessed after the first mouthful, so make sure to eat one while it's still warm.
⭕Butter Concoction: Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat after stirring until butter has completely melted. Allow to stand until lukewarm.
Combine the two Ingredients: Combine 2 1/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing basin. Add the ingredients to the stand mixer's dough hook. (You can also prepare this by hand; after adding all the ingredients, just knead until smooth.) Water and the egg should only just begin to blend after being added. 1 cup of flour and the milk mixture should be added gradually until the dough comes together and becomes smooth. Give the dough 10 minutes to rest.
Shape, Add Filling: Roll the dough into a sizable 9-by-15-inch rectangle using a rolling pin on a lightly dusted surface. between 1/4 and 1/2 inch thick. The dough should be covered in a uniform layer of strawberry pie filling. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar that have been combined in a small bowl over the strawberry filling. Pinch the seams as you roll up the 15-inch side into a log. Depending on how thick you want your cinnamon buns, cut each into 9–12 pieces. Placing the dough in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, covering with a damp cloth, and allowing it to rise for 30 minutes.
⭕ Heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit before baking. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tops are barely golden brown.
Creating the Glaze
a cream cheese beater: In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar and beat until combined.
Add lemon zest and the wet ingredients: Mix in the vanilla, half-and-half, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Serve: Drizzle the warm cinnamon rolls with the mixture before indulging.
Strawberry Pie Filling: You can make your own strawberry pie filling in place of the canned variety. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of water, and 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar to a saucepan. Cook until thickened after gently boiling for a little time over medium heat. 2 cups of freshly cut strawberries and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice are then added once the pan has been taken off the heat. Before spreading over the cinnamon roll dough, it to cool completely.
Other Fruits Used: Put apple or cherry pie filling in place of the strawberry filling!
Roll Tightly: Rolling up these strawberry cinnamon rolls can be messy, but if you take your time and pull the dough taut and even as you roll them, they will come out neatly.
⭕Even Slices: Carefully cut through the rolls using a serrated knife. The rolls will remain whole rather than being smushed and having the berries dragged through the dough by using a steady, deliberate sawing motion to cut through portions of strawberry.
For up to two days, baked cinnamon rolls can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator.
